Meet Allison
Facilitator, coach, author & speaker passionate about leadership, change, community and positive impact
I founded Expansion Consulting in 2004 to deliver change and professional development services. I have worked with many organisations to achieve individual, team and organisational transformation through leadership development, individual and group coaching, training, consulting, program management and facilitation. I have coached leaders at all levels, including CEO and Board level.
Having a consulting and project management background, I bring business acumen and an outcomes-based mindset to my work, while having a deep appreciation for how people, systems and culture impact results. My passion extends to the impact leadership and culture can have on community more broadly.
Clients describe my style of working as being warm and fun, yet challenging, engaging, energetic and open, with a strong commitment to my clients and achievement of results. I am passionate about expanding positive impact, particularly through leadership – by using the right method at the right time to have the right impact.
